Bonded Windows is seeking someone with great window, door, and glass industry experience to join our team! Our ideal candidate is someone who has great knowledge of the industry and is exceptionally organized.

This is an outside and inside sales position.

Base salary commission based on experience.

Responsibilities Include :

• Answer inbound calls, greet walk-ins, and assist customers with inquiries.
• Provide great customer service by assessing customers’ needs, providing accurate information, and offering suitable product solutions, ensuring customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Generate quotes, follow up with customers, address concerns, and secure sales.
• Enter order details into the order management systems accurately.
• Ensure orders have been processed with vendors.
• Maintain thorough and organized sales activities, customer interactions, order details, and files.
• Manage and respond to incoming emails.
• Data entry and ensuring data accuracy and organization.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Experience within the window industry and knowledge of window products and features.
• Exceptional organization is a must.
• Prior sales and customer service experience.
• Computer skills, ability to learn new software
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently.
• Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle to pursue outside sales.
