Bonded Fibers Midwest is Hiring a 2nd Shift Production Associate Near Delavan, WI
Job Summary: Bonded Fibers Midwest is a leading manufacturer of bonded polyester fiber materials, used in commercial insulation and filtration platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Perform work on a fast-paced production / assembly line, remove, package, and prepare to ship finished product.
- Feed raw materials into production conveyer machinery.
- Monitor flow of materials through assembly process.
- Clear line of leftover components and overflow materials.
- Maintain line cleanliness.
- Coordinate all efforts with other line workers and line supervisor.
- Stack finished product for storage or load trucks as required.
- Maintain a good attendance record.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write and speak English competently.
- Production or assembly line experience.
- Basic mathematical skills and familiarity with measurements.
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours.
Environmental Conditions: Production environment—temperature extremes, dust, noise. * Drug Screen required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
