Bond Vet is building the next generation of veterinary clinics from the ground up — and we’re looking for an experienced Counsel to join our team.We’re looking for an experienced attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to join the pack as Bond Vet’s second legal hire. In this role, you will play a central part in supporting the VP, Legal in shaping our corporate legal strategy. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams across the organization, including Finance, People, Recruiting, Marketing, Real Estate, Operations, Medical, and Technology.
In addition to supporting Bond’s operations through the negotiation of contracts, you will act as a thought partner to key stakeholders across our organization and will help create processes and procedures to support the company’s sustainable growth while mitigating risk.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as in-house counsel, supporting healthcare organizations and/or with high growth companies. This is a hybrid role , requiring two days per week to be worked in-office at our corporate office in the Chelsea neighborhood of New York, NY.Responsibilities
