Bond Brand Loyalty is Hiring an Account Supervisor Near Austin, TX

Note: The preferred location for the successful candidate would be located within close proximity to our Bond Headquarters in Austin, Texas, or elsewhere in the United States.

What you’ll do:

The Account Supervisor will oversee the strategic and operational aspect of an account and ensure our client objectives, goals, and measurements of success are defined in every project. Additionally, the Account Supervisor will continually act as the ambassadors to the team, their direct reports, and the clients, they drive an effective process and on-target deliverables, surpassing client expectations. 

Client relationships

Owns a large amount of overall client/account relationships and works with clients to proactively expand the work we do with them.

  • Mentor and guide Account Executives to guarantee the prompt and precise fulfillment of requests.
  • Exhibit an unwavering dedication to delivering high-quality results.
  • Act as a point of escalation for client-related concerns, while also recognizing when to escalate issues up to Account Director.
  • Develop a strong foundation of trust with client partners by demonstrating a command of their business challenges and KPIs.
  • Become proficient in Bond’s capabilities and raising awareness with clients to drive conversations.
  • Provide proactive identification of account growth opportunities or gaps.
  • With help from Accounts Directors, drive strategic initiatives and long-term vision for client support.

Internal relationships & Strategic leadership

Assume strategic oversight of accounts and have a 30,000-foot view of how the account is meeting business goals. Drive discussions around adjustments if goals aren’t met.

  • Inspire, coach and mentor junior team members and others across the agency.
  • Build a positive, collaborative working environment for the team.
  • Lead ideation and account strategy development.
  • Develop and manage project/account goals and KPIs.
  • Drive development and presentation of internal and/or external Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Mentor other team members on best practices and become an approachable and knowledgeable resource within the team.
  • Identify and escalate process issues, both internal and with the client.

Financial management

Establish, manage, and convey financial procedures and their substantial implications in partnership with a Producer/Project Manager.

  • Demonstrate ability to speak to pacing and utilization trends on a granular and 30,000-foot level.
  • Demonstrate agility to make account and project changes necessary to maintain profitability.
  • Develop a POV on the right way to staff an account based on scope, with help of Account Director.
  • Facilitate scope discussions with client, including issues on utilization within current scopes.
  • Develop account forecasting skills and help in managing internal pipeline trackers.
  • Manage the overall fiscal health of their accounts.

What you’ll have:

  • At least 6-8 years’ proven experience with a demonstrated track record specializing in advertising agency account management.
  • Proven experience managing clients and key stakeholders including internal teams, agency partners and external vendors is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite:
    • Strong level of proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning, organization, collaboration, and professional communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Evidence of strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and experience working with Fortune 500 clients.
    • Bonus points if you have both B2B and B2C experience.
  • Proven ability to drive ideation and strategic development on your allotted accounts or on new business pitches.
  • Prior expertise and experience effectively manage multiple client projects while staying attuned to their progress and business objectives?
  • Confidence owning mid-tier client relationships in a strategic capacity and ability to address or field client concerns at almost any level, while still knowing when to escalate issues to your Account Director.
  • Experience determining data, creative, and technology requirements for all projects within portfolio, and communicated detailed requests to respective teams, while simultaneously overseeing documentation and all team deliverables for client programs.
  • Demonstrated expertise with creating/owning project SOWs and financial templates.
  • Excellent understanding of how agencies make money and the balance of driving efficiency while delivering great work - you know when to fight for more time.
