Bomgaars is looking to hire a motivated and responsible individual to fill a Department Lead position for the Outside/Compound areas. Join the Team in Parsons, KS!

Qualifications:

· Must be 18 years or older

· Product knowledge

· Administrative skills to handle paperwork and record keeping, understanding Inventory Control

· Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis

· Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

· Must be available to work flexible schedules (40 hours per week) – days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)

Responsibilities:

· Freight handling/forklift operation (varying weather conditions)

· Cashier

· Sales

· Ensure areas are clean, organized, and well stocked. Use lawn mower and weed eater as needed.

· Assisting customers with product selection and load outs

· Handling phone calls

· Other tasks as assigned
