Accounts Payable Data Entry Clerk
Job Location: Santa Rosa, California
Pay Rate: $52,000 - $66,560 per year
Job Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
Description of Position:
Do you have experience in accounts payable and data entry? This is an excellent opportunity to embark on a new career path with a direct hire position in Santa Rosa, California. As an Accounts Payable Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for high-volume AP data entry (250 invoices/week), sorting and matching AP invoice support documents, invoice batch and edit review, maintaining/updating tracking logs in Excel, filing, and serving as an onsite interoffice mail courier. Additionally, you will be responsible for receiving supply orders.

Experience Required:
- Reliable team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to process a large volume of work while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Organized and flexible with a positive attitude
- Availability to work overtime as needed during busy seasons
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Viewpoint Spectrum (or equivalent), and Adobe Acrobat
- Two to three years of high-volume AP data entry experience
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
Benefits:
Full-time (30 hours/week), non-union, regular employees are eligible for the following benefits:
