Bolivar Insulation Company of Camdenton, LLC is Hiring a Construction Manager Near Camdenton, MO

The Construction Branch Manager is responsible for establishing, improving and maintaining a successful and profitable branch office, by providing leadership to staff, controlling costs, build and maintain business relationships and works towards achieving quarterly and annual goals. Branch Manager directs and coordinates the activities of all branch personnel, promotes a positive attitude, possess skills in resource management, problem-solving, complaint resolution, the ability to communicate, prioritize, and manage all activities to the branch location. While setting new and reaching goals, the Branch Manager will ensure all employees work in a safe and effective manner at all times with special emphasis on safety awareness and accident prevention. This position requires knowledge of the construction industry and company products. This person must also maintain and develop flexible, efficient, effective work flows and systems Other duties include, but not limited to:

  • Build and maintain viable business relationships with customers and employees while promoting company growth.
  • Coordinate personnel matters for branch office including hiring, training, disciplinary actions, payroll, and safety.
  • Manage employee productivity and morale and hold employees accountable for their work
  • Review and resolve all customer complaints promptly and fairly.
  • Builds company image by collaborating with contractors, builders, customers and employees; implementing the company's values and standards.
  • Coordinate jobs through ordering material, scheduling, and assigning/ dispatching crews
  • Manage cost control by reviewing variances, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining inventory control
  • Manage accounting report to Corporate Office and customer collections for branch office
  • Computer usage is a required function of this position
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by President or required by staff
  • Prompt and reliable attendance is required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of construction industry, including laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Skill in resource management
  • Strong sales & customer service skills
  • Goal oriented and self-motivated with strong work ethic
  • Skill in oral and written communication
  • Skill in operating office and technical equipment at an intermediate to advanced level including the use of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software and construction tools and machinery.
  • Ability to improve processes and implement change effectively
  • Ability to manage and lead effective teams
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage daily activities to ensure timely and accurate
  • Results
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record is required
  • Ability to Speak both English and Spanish is preferred but not required

Education and Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction industry or related field is required.

Demonstrated computer experience with MS Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook at intermediate level: experience with office equipment such as scanner/ copier, fax is required.

Compensation: Base Salary with Commission based upon branch sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
