The Construction Branch Manager is responsible for establishing, improving and maintaining a successful and profitable branch office, by providing leadership to staff, controlling costs, build and maintain business relationships and works towards achieving quarterly and annual goals. Branch Manager directs and coordinates the activities of all branch personnel, promotes a positive attitude, possess skills in resource management, problem-solving, complaint resolution, the ability to communicate, prioritize, and manage all activities to the branch location. While setting new and reaching goals, the Branch Manager will ensure all employees work in a safe and effective manner at all times with special emphasis on safety awareness and accident prevention. This position requires knowledge of the construction industry and company products. This person must also maintain and develop flexible, efficient, effective work flows and systems Other duties include, but not limited to:

Education and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction industry or related field is required.
Demonstrated computer experience with MS Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook at intermediate level: experience with office equipment such as scanner/ copier, fax is required.
