Responsibilities :

• Hire, train, and manage a team of employees, including shift leaders and crew members
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding food safety and sanitation
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and employees
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a management role in the restaurant or food service industry
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
