Job Title: Assistant Manager

Job Type: Full time, to include nights and weekends minimum of 45 hours per week.

As an assistant manager at Wingstop, your primary responsibility is to assist the restaurant manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. Your duties may include but are not limited to:

• Managing the staff: You will be responsible for supervising and managing the restaurant staff, including training scheduling and ensuring that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures. You will also be expected to ensure that your store does not exceed set staffing percentage. The assistant manager is responsible for all staff when the general manager is not there. The assistant manager and the general manager will work out a schedule that ensures that the store always has a manager in it during operating hours.
• Customer Service: You will be responsible for ensuring that customers have a positive experience at the restaurant. This may include greeting customers, taking orders, handling customer complaints, and ensuring that orders are prepared correctly and in a timely manner.
• You may be responsible for enforcing sales and marketing strategies to increase sales within your assigned store.
• Inventory Management: You will be responsible for ensuring that the restaurant has enough supplies, such as food beverages, and supplies meet customer demand. This may include placing orders, receiving deliveries, and managing inventory levels.
• Financial management: You will be responsible for counting cash drawers with other staff members and following proper checkout procedures with the staff signing off as a witness for the staff turning in the proper amount of cash and collecting any tickets for voids made by that staff member during their shift.
• Safety and Cleanliness: You will be responsible for ensuring that the restaurant is clean, organized, and safe for both customers and employees. This may involve conducting regular inspections, enforcing safety procedures, janitorial duties, and maintaining equipment. It is the responsibility of all staff to ensure the restaurant is ready for corporate inspection at all times by maintaining and exceeding all Wingstop standards.

Overall, as an assistant manager at Wingstop, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the restaurant operates efficiently and effectively, and that customers have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be expected to help the general manger run the restaurant by working as a team.
