Job Overview:
We are seeking an employee willing to grow with BODI Company. You will be required to perform administrative duties and help the general manager with overall coordination of daily manufacturing needs.

The Assistant Plant Manager will be responsible for helping to ensure efficient production processes and maintain quality control standards.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing all aspects of plant operations, including production and quality control

-Be able to multi-task and work at a reasonable pace
- Work hands on assembling product

- Shipping orders

-Cross train on other daily task

Qualifications:
- Experience in plant management or a similar leadership role
- Knowledge of production management principles and techniques
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
