Summary: Field Installation Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance service to doors, dock equipment and various other

material handling equipment.

• Evaluate and diagnose technical problems and determine proper repair/solutions.
• Operate vehicle in a safe manner.
• Build positive relationships with customers by providing outstanding and excellent service.
• Comply with company safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Professional demeanor in all customer and company encounters.
• Strong analytical mechanical aptitude and trouble shooting
• Self-motivated, team player, with ability to work with minimal supervision
• Dependable, excellent attendance and punctual time record
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong communication skills
• Able to stand for hours at a time and climb ladders, comfortable with heights
• Able to lift 50lbs.
• Proficient using power tools, hand tools, smart phone, and tablet PC
• Technical degree or certification a plus
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
• Must be 18 years of age or older
