Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Volleyball Coach to join our team. As a Volleyball Coach, you will be responsible for instructing and training athletes in the fundamentals of volleyball, developing their skills, and fostering a positive team environment. This is a paid position.

Duties:
- Plan and conduct practice sessions to improve players' skills and techniques
- Teach athletes the rules and strategies of volleyball
- Develop training programs tailored to individual and team needs
- Provide guidance and support during games and competitions
- Evaluate players' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Coordinate team activities, including scheduling practices, games, and tournaments
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline among players
- Ensure the safety of players during practice sessions and games

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of volleyball rules, techniques, and strategies
- Experience in coaching volleyball at various levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential
- Knowledge of other sports such as basketball or cheerleading is a plus
- CPR/AED certification is preferred but not required
- Experience working with students or youth in a sports setting is preferred
