Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Travel Advisor at Boca Express Travel in Boca Raton, FL. The Travel Advisor will be responsible for helping clients plan their trips, making travel arrangements, and providing customer service and satisfaction. Other day-to-day tasks may include booking flights, hotels, and transportation, managing itineraries, providing travel advice, and resolving issues or complaints.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience in travel arrangements and working at a travel agency is required
• Sabre experience required
• Knowledge Clientbase system strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and adaptable to changes in the travel industry and market trends
• Certified Travel Agent (CTA) certification preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Fluency in English required; multilingualism is a plus.
