What We Need
We are looking for experienced Physical Therapist Assistants who are looking to supplement
their current income or pick up cases on a as needed basis.
The Physical Therapist Assistant must be able to evaluate the patient's condition and develop an
individualized plan of care tailored to each patient based on the physician's orders. Help patients
manage pain and improve mobility, stability, balance and safety to improve quality of life.
Qualifications
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is
required depending on the ability of the client. Must be able to lift to 50 pounds. Visual and
hearing acuity required.
Environment:
Contact with clients under a wide variety of circumstances. Care provided in client's living
environment with varying situations or in an institution such as a hospital. May be required to
respond to emergency situations. Position includes tasks that have the potential for exposure to
blood and other potentially infectious material (OPIM) such as body fluids/tissues.
