Must have a valid CNA / DSP / HHA certification
Tuesdays 1pm till 4pm
Weekly direct deposit pay
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a valid Caregiver Certification
Must have a valid 2 STEP PPD or a Chest X-ray or be willing to get it done at the employers cost
Must pass a national background check & drug test
Must be willing to provide a CPR certification or take the certification at the employers cost

Responsibilities
Implement treatment and plan of care, using sound judgment and critical thinking
Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care and the nursing processes
Perform all skill, treatments, and procedures to the scope of practice as defined in the Nurse Practice Act in the state of clinical practice and adhere to the policies, procedures, and protocols of the agency of employment
Requirements
Current and unrestricted Caregiver license in Pennsylvania
Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray (or be willing to get them done)
Minimum one (1) year of documented health care experience is required (unless participating in an approved Mentor Program)
Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision
Empathy for the needs of the client
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively
Treats clients, staff and the public with courtesy, respect and presents a positive public image
Works as a team member
Ensures confidentiality and security of the client's medical information.
Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
