Known as the “Golf Capital of Tennessee,” Fairfield Glade offers five incredible golf courses enjoyed by the 9,100 residents of the community and visiting golfers. One of the courses, Stonehenge, was voted #2 in Golfweek’s Best Courses You Can Play in Tennessee. A second, Heatherhurst, was named the #5 ranked golf course by the same. Fairfield Glade also offers 11 scenic lakes, 4 pools, tennis and pickleball, 25 miles of hiking trails, a wellness center, and two marinas. Bobby Jones Links manages all food and beverage operations.

Fairfield Glade is hiring for Snack Shop Attendants. Responsibilities of the Snack Shop Attendant include:

• Maintaining highest level of cleanliness and good repair of all service work stations, dining utensils, equipment and glassware including common and storage areas.
• Providing immediate attention to all members and guests upon entry.
• Taking and ringing in members’ and guests’ orders; suggestively selling food and beverage items, if appropriate.
• Keeping tables, retail display, and counter areas clean.
• Consistently following local and state laws and the Club’s policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages to members and guests.
• Assisting in training a team of associates that are held accountable for their performance.
• Answering the phone with the proper greeting and communicating in a polite and effective manner.
• Preparing food and beverage items from the menu.
• Maintaining stocked inventory of retail merchandise, food, and beverages. 
• Accurately handling cash transactions and counts drawer at beginning and end of day.

Qualifications

Required Skills

The Snack Shop Attendant of a Bobby Jones Links club must have the following skills:

• Ability to read, write, and execute basic math skills.
• Previous food prep or casual dining experience preferred.
