About us
Bob&Willie's Wonderbowl/Classy Clucks is a Mini-Bowling Alley located off of 84th/Van Dorn. We provide 6 lanes of Mini-Bowling, a Full Bar and our new restaurant concept Classy Clucks.
Duties:
- Provide excellent guest services and ensure customer satisfaction
- Operate the Toast POS system to process orders and payments
-Take and assist with orders from our third party Togo Venders
-Learn and use our AlleyTrak bowling lane reservation system
- Maintain a high level of hospitality and professionalism in all interactions with guests
- Build positive guest relations by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively
- Demonstrate phone etiquette when taking reservations or handling customer inquiries
- Assist in various areas of the restaurant as needed, such as taking orders, bussing tables, refilling drinks, or delivering food
-Assist guests with quesions or issues with the MINI-BOWLING MACHINES
-Adhere to our dress code standards
Experience:
- Be personable and have the ability to learn multiple systems as well as basic maintenance on our mini-bowling machines
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $8.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
