BOB JOHNSON AUTO OF PULASKI IS LOOKING TO HIRE A FULL TIME BILLING CLERK FOR OUR FORD LOCATION ASAP.
JOB DUTIES:
- AS A BILLING CLERK YOUR MAIN JOB DUTY WILL BE CHECKING FOR ACCURACY AND PRINTING ALL DEAL PAPERWORK.
- CALLING BANKS TO INQUIRE ABOUT LIEN RELEASES
- CASHERING
- ANSWERING PHONES
- DMV PAPERWORK
SCHEDULE
4 DAYS DURING THE WEEK 9-6
SATURDAY 9-5
AS A BILLER, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO STAY UNTIL ALL DEALS ARE COMPLETED.
***TRAINING SCHEDULE MAY DIFFER***
PAY WILL BE BASED ON PRIOR EXPERIENCE
REQUIREMENTS:
- THE ABILITY TO PRORITIZE AND MULTI-TASK IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT
- PREVIOUS DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
- CRITICAL ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS ARE REQUIRED
- MUST BE HIGHLY DEPENDABLE, A TEAM PLAYER WITH A GREAT WORK ETHIC
