Bob Boyte Chevy is Hiring a Sales Consultant Near Biloxi, MS

Job Summary:
Bob Boyte Chevy is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Consultant to join our team in Biloxi, Mississippi. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling new and pre-owned vehicles to prospective customers. This is a full-time, commission only role with potential for high earning potential.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a commission only position with no base salary. Sales Consultants have the potential to earn a high commission based on their sales performance. In addition, we offer a competitive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell new and pre-owned vehicles to prospective customers
- Lead customers through the sales process, from vehicle selection to financing options
- Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming vehicle models, features, and pricing
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and recommend our dealership to friends and family
- Meet and exceed sales goals set by management
- Remain updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and meet customer needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in CRM system
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven track record of success in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
