Key Account ExecutiveMiami, FLBoats Group is excited to add an additional Key Account Executive to our team! In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing an existing client base. You will take the lead role in driving revenue while utilizing the consultative sales method. The ability to be creative and work with an entrepreneurial spirit is paramount to the success of this role. If you’re someone who enjoys consulting via phone with a dynamic group of customers in an exciting industry, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do
  • Build and nurture relationships within the assigned territory rooted in establishing equal business stature with business owners and seeking to retain and grow customer base
  • Through consultative selling skills, understand each customers’ unique goals and ensure our solutions are meeting their needs; aim to retain and grow customers
  • Understand data points and how to weave them into the fabric of your conversations with our customers to drive revenue
  • Achieve monthly revenue and sales objectives
  • Educate your customer base on the evolving Boats Group product suite so they can expand their digital footprint
  • Clearly articulate the ROI that our product suite delivers for our customers
  • Work closely with various Boats Group teams to ensure sales channel coordination, cooperation, and success
What You Should Have
  • Proven track record of driving results in retention of customers and growing wallet share, preference to those from a SaaS based company
  • Must be well organized, self-motivated and be able to operate independently
  • Keen listening skills and ability to turn customer needs into solutions we provide for our clients
  • Strong computer literacy is necessary, including Google Suite and SalesForce
