Job description
Boat Side Deliveries is a professional, fast-paced, and challenging company whose goal is to provide 100% accuracy on every order. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing schedules, and ensuring efficient office workflow. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in office management.
Our work environment includes:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of office operations
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate and schedule meetings
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls
- Coordinate with vendors for office equipment maintenance and repairs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
-Shopping/fulfilling orders with team members
- Provide support to other locations as needed
- Delivery of product on the river to our customers

- Attention to detail
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in vendor management and negotiation
- Knowledge of human resources processes is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to operate a small boat
