Minimum Education: Associate's level degree in a technical field from an accredited college or university.

Minimum Experience: Two (2) years of experience in writing/editing and utilizing advanced Microsoft Office skills for Project, and Visio as well as high level graphics COTS tools such as Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator. Experience should include: providing high level graphics support, production of technical manuals, and production of books.
