Are you a skilled Residential Construction Estimator with a passion for accuracy and efficiency?

Responsibilities :

  • Estimate residential construction projects accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure accurate estimates.
  • Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.
  • Evaluate and recommend cost-effective solutions.
  • Maintain and update a cost database for residential construction projects.
  • Review and track project costs to ensure budgets are met.

Qualifications :

  • 5 years of experience in residential construction estimating.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Competitive salary based on experience.
