We’re seeking a talented Vice President, Fund Reporting Manager II to join our Fund Reporting Team team. This role is located in Westborough, MA– Hybrid.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Manages a single large team or multiple teams responsible for preparing and reviewing financial reports on behalf of assigned clients and funds.
  • Manages the performance of assigned staff and sets team priorities.
  • Directs and sets priorities for processes that check for the completeness and accuracy of disclosure in financial statements.
  • Resolves escalated issues from team members.
  • Oversees relationships with auditors and clients to make changes to financial reports and ensure they accurately depict fund performance.
  • Ensures financial reporting meets Corporate and any applicable regulatory standards.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required with an MBA preferred.
  • 5-7 years of total work experience with at least 0-1 years of management experience preferred.
