We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Trading Services to join our Execution Services Middle Office team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL - Hybrid.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Providing middle office and operational support for International and Domestic Equities, FX, Non-Dollar, Fixed Income, Structured Products, and Preferred Securities.
• Facilitate trade flow process and trade settlement: actively research/resolve trade discrepancies, support trade life cycle, monitor trade status reports, investigate and resolve fails.
• Serve as liaison between clearing broker and counterparty in effort to efficiently resolve external settlement/clearing issues.
• Delivering quality client service and daily support to internal and external clients, including phone and email interactions, transaction processing, trade comparison and account reconciliation.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 3-5 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in financial investments preferred.
• FINRA Series 99 Preferred (will be required to obtain)
• Knowledge of DTC/Euroclear, Bloomberg, ICELink, ALERT/CTM a preferred
• A desire to collaborate, problem solve and seek innovative ways to improve processes
