We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Cash Management Representative to join our BNYM Institutional Bank team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA – Essential In Office 5 Days.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Opening and sorting mail
• Processing mail to include research requests.
• Review checks for accuracy and identifying fraud.
• Sort and prepare welcome packages. 
• Work account holder requests through call center que 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Microsoft Outlook and Excel 
• Experience in a high paced deadline driven environment. 
• Ability to maintain organization and think outside the box 
• People Leadership requirement N/A
