Your daily routine?

The VIE candidate will participate in the day-to-day activities of the FRESH IT department - including:

Contribute to Management Deliverables:

• Provide support to FRESH Business Management and Transformation teams by assisting with presentations, analysis of data in Excel, and other organizational responsibilities to ensure deliverables are met.

• Provide analysis of various compliance and business reports. Communicate findings to management, and follow-up with teams to ensure requirements are met timely.

Contribute to Ad-hoc Projects:

• Assist on projects requiring data analysis, summarizing, and communicating findings.

• Prepare and consolidate indicators for the FRESH Americas entity.

• Ensure that the methodology and tools are used and propose areas for improvement on a continuous basis. Where necessary, help to define the project management methodology and tools.

Participate in the FRESH Community

• Participate actively in the preparation of team events (team building, team meetings, town halls etc.)

• Contribute to the FRESH international community. The working environment is important!

You will join the Fresh Transformation & Architecture evolution team within the IT department in Jersey City. You will ensure the management of Finance and Risk IT transformation projects. The NAR FRESH Transformation an Architecture Evolution team's primary function is to improve the applications, processes, and training of the NR platform. The team collaborates on global projects and works with staff from various BNPP locations, including Europe, Canada, and Latin America. The team leverage think tanks and collaborative sessions the share ideas on the best approach to address a project.

The VIE candidate will join the FRESH Management and Transformation team within the FRESH IT department in Jersey City.

The NAR FRESH FRESH Business Management and Transformation team's primary function is to:

FRESH Business Management Team: Responsible for the day-to-day operational activities of FRESH. Coordinate with management teams and business partners to ensure deliverables and governance requirements are met.

FRESH Transformation Team: Improve the applications, processes, and training of the NAR platform. The team collaborates on global projects and works with staff from various BNPP locations, including Europe, Canada, and Latin America. The team leverages think tanks and collaborative sessions to share ideas on the best approach to address a project.

The VIE will be located in Jersey City, New Jersey - 525 Washington Blvd. - the candidate will benefit amongst other things from:

Are you our next VIE Business Analyst?

You have a Master degree from Business, Engineering School or University degree, majoring in Finance or Business Administration. You have a solid finance knowledge and IT/ Business relationship. You have gained first experience (internships and work-study program included) in Finance.

You speak fluent English, and you have a very good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI).

You demonstrate rigor and effective communication skills. Your proactivity, your Ability to collaborate and your results driven will be assets to progress on this mission.

Concrètement votre quotidien ?

Le VIE participera aux activités quotidiennes du département FRESH IT, notamment :

Contribuer à la création de livrables pour la direction du département :

• Fournir un soutien aux équipes de gestion opérationnelle et de transformation de FRESH en contribuant à la création de présentations, à l’analyse de données Excel et à d'autres responsabilités organisationnelles pour garantir le bon déploiement des livrables.

• Fournir une analyse de divers rapports de conformité et d’activités. Communiquer ces analyses à la direction et faire un suivi auprès des équipes pour s’assurer que les exigences sont respectées dans les temps.

Contribuer aux projets Ad-Hoc :

• Participer aux projets nécessitant de l'analyse des données, de la synthétisation ou une structuration de la communication des résultats.

• Créer et consolider des indicateurs clefs pour FRESH Americas.

• S’assurer que la méthodologie et les outils sont utilisés par les équipes et proposer des axes d’amélioration en continu. Au besoin, aider à définir la méthodologie et les outils de gestion de projet.

Animer la communauté FRESH :

• Participer activement à la préparation des activités d’équipe (Team buildings, réunions d’équipe, Town Halls, etc.)

• Contribuer à la communauté internationale FRESH. L'environnement de travail, c'est important !

Vous rejoindrez l'équipe FRESH Transformation & Architecture évolution au sein du département IT à Jersey City, USA. L'équipe FRESH Transformation & Architecture évolution a pour mission d'améliorer les applications, processus et training sur la plateforme FRESH Nord Amérique. L'équipe collabore et travaille avec différentes entités du groupe BNP Paribas (Europe, Amérique Latine, Canada, Inde) sur des projets d'envergure internationale.

Vous êtes titulaire d’un Master Grande École d’Ingénieur, de Commerce ou Grande Université avec une spécialisation en Finance ou Business Administration.

Vous disposez de solides connaissances financières, des relations IT/ Business et des infrastructure informatique et vous justifiez d’une expérience (stage et alternance inclus) en finance.

Vous parlez couramment anglais et maîtrisez parfaitement le Pack Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI).

De plus, votre adaptabilité et votre proactivité seront des atouts essentiels. Ajoutez à cela votre capacité à collaborer, votre orientation résultat et votre capacité d’analyse pour finir de nous convaincre.
