Job Summary:
As a Receptionist at BMW of Akron, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers of our luxury car dealership. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing incoming calls and emails, and handling administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operations of the dealership. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry, located in Akron, Ohio.
Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate department or individual
- Greet customers as they enter the dealership with a friendly and professional attitude
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a positive first impression for customers
- Manage and schedule appointments for the service department and sales team
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Be knowledgeable about BMW products and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and cohesive operation of the dealership
- Uphold the dealership's standards of professionalism and excellence in all interactions with customers and colleagues
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and friendly attitude, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of BMW products and brand is a plus, but not required
