Overview:
To thoroughly, accurately, and proficiently process weekly payroll, and to provide assistance to the Human Resources Department as Needed.

Duties:
▪ Process employee time worked and any corrections, including overtime, deductions, fringe benefits, PTO, etc., in accordance with company policies, and state laws.

▪ Process weekly payrolls and ensure the overall accuracy of all data. Process manual checks as needed.

▪ Assist Human Resources Department with daily tasks and projects as needed.

▪ Responsible for the integrity of employee data in the payroll system.

▪ Process new hires, terminations, garnishments, rate changes, etc., in the payroll system.

▪ Assist in compiling information as needed for various auditing and reporting purposes.

▪ Create, analyze, and distribute various payroll-related reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
