Mandatory Qualifications:
RQ 1 Each resource must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the last ten (10) years performing systems design, development, testing, and implementation on systems using Oracle 12c or later Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) and Procedural Language/Structured Query Language (PL/SQL).
RQ 2 Each resource must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the last five (5) years in deployment, support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of multi-tier automated systems.
RQ 3 At least one (1) resource must have three (3) years of experience in that last seven (7) years working on large-scale systems development or integration project performing as a lead architect, analyzing technical and data requirements, constructing data architecture, and performing database design.
RQ 4 At least one (1) resource must have at least seven (7) years of experience in the last ten (10) years in designing, developing, testing, implementing, troubleshooting, and integrating with web-based Java/Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition (J2EE) applications that utilize the following frameworks/technologies:
a) Java Server Pages
b) Servlets
c) Java Beans
d) Spring
e) Java 1.6 and higher
f) Annotations
g) Asynchronous JavaScript and XML (AJAX)
h) Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP)
RQ 5: At least one (1) resource must have at least five (5) years of experience in the last seven (7) years using advanced web programming skills to perform systems design, coding, testing and implementation, and troubleshooting activities in support of web application development.
RQ 6: At least one (1) resource must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in the last ten (10) years performing system design, development, testing and implementation, and troubleshooting activities in support of applications with five hundred (500) or more registered users.
RQ 7: At least one (1) resource must have two (2) years of experience in the last five (5) years, with web services, Nation Information Exchange Model (NIEM), and JavaScript Object Notation (JSON).
