LOOKING FOR A GREAT OPPORTUNITY? We may have just what you’re looking for. Blumark Tax Advisors is looking for an Payroll Specialist, with great client-facing skills. This position will report to the Business Services Manager and will give the right candidate the opportunity to grow and develop a career, work with our clients, and provide payroll services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handles payroll processing with ADP’s system.
- Reviews and approves payrolls.
- Insurance audits (requested by insurance companies).
- Handles all payroll notices provided by IRS and various states.
- Help assist in any payroll research as is needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have accounting, payroll and payroll tax experience.
- Associate degree in accounting or related field
- Ability to work against deadlines
- Good customer-facing skills and experience
- Experience with MS Office
