Job Description

Customer Service Hiring Event

Event Date: May 21st, 9:00 am – 3 pm EST
Address: 50 Commerce Way, Norton, MA 02766
Reporting Location: Norton, MA
  • The role is mainly remote but requires visits to the office several times a month or as business needs arise.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10 am – 8 pm (some flexibility in shift)
Training: 8 am – 5 pm, 5 weeks duration, Mon-Fri
Positions Available
Customer Service Representative: $17.23 / hour
Customer Retention Coordinator: $20.00 / hour
Customer Experience Representative: $20.50 / hour
  • Shift differentials paid for applicable hours worked
  • $500 per month bonus opportunity (based on performance)
  • In addition to these roles, we are seeking a strong candidate to lead and oversee our customer service team.

Overview
Respond to high volume incoming calls from existing residential and commercial clients
Handle difficult customer calls in a courteous and professional manner
Correctly enter information into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system according to the customer's needs and/or concerns
Communicate company policies and provide creative approaches to resolve customer issues such as billing errors or service opportunities
Utilize decision-making and problem solving capabilities to take immediate action on all calls
Achieve monthly sales/product education goals
Use negotiation skills to resolve customer issues and take immediate action to retain customers
interface with customers across multiple communication channels to address sensitive customer complaints to retain customers

Qualifications

Requirements
Customer Service and Experience Representatives: High school diploma, GEB, or equivalent work experience and minimum one year experience in customer service and/or call center
Customer Retention Coordinator: Bachelor’s degree preferred and minimum two years’ experience in customer retention related position
All roles require a space in residence for installation of home agent workstation
Ability to troubleshooting remote workstation (i.e. computer, phone, modem, router, etc.).
Must have required minimum internet speed and connection to operate successfully in position
