Exciting Job Opportunity: OLAP Cube Developer

Join our dynamic team as we embark on a project to design and build three multifaceted OLAP cubes focused on Revenue, Churn, and Marketing. We are seeking an experienced individual to collaborate closely with our data team, translating business requirements into robust Star/Snowflake schema models.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build three OLAP cubes with drill-down and drill-through capabilities.
• Work closely with the data team to understand business requirements and implement them into schema models.
• Develop stored procedures within MS SQL Server for lightweight ETL processes.
• Schedule jobs to refresh star schemas and rebuild cubes periodically.
• Thoroughly document all work and facilitate knowledge transfer to the data team.
• Train the team for ongoing maintenance and enhancements to the cubes.

Primary Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and building SSAS multidimensional OLAP cubes with drill-down and drill-through capabilities.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data analytics.
• Expertise in working with MS SQL Server stored procedures and job scheduling.
• Hands-on experience building star and snowflake schema data models.

Secondary Qualifications (Preferred):

• Experience building AWS Glue pipelines using Python.
• 5 years of experience building ETL pipelines and handling complex data engineering processes.
• Familiarity with AWS Aurora and Terraform.
