Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in residential/property management maintenance.
• Proficiency in drywall repair/sheetrock, angle stops, baseboard heater replacement, and water heater repairs and replacement.
• Self-starter with the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and promptly report any issues or concerns.
• Adhere to safety protocols and uphold a clean and organized work environment.
• On-call duty is required one week every six weeks.
• Strong preference and pay differential for individuals who have worked on standard residential appliances (dishwasher, refrigerators, ranges, w/d)

Compensation & Schedule:

• $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days.
• Starting wage of $25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
• Mileage reimbursement at the federal rate, with the opportunity for a company vehicle after 120 days.
