About Us: Bluestone is hiring a Lead Concierge for a luxurious residential condominium community located in the heart of Portland. Our mission is to provide an exceptional living experience for the residents through unparalleled amenities and top-notch services. We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Lead Concierge to join our team and elevate the level of service we offer.

Job Summary: As the Lead Concierge at, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and comfort of the residents. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the concierge desk, managing a team of concierge staff, and providing exemplary customer service to residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:

o Supervise, train, and mentor concierge staff, ensuring they provide exceptional service.

o Create and maintain staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.

2. Customer Service:

o Greet and assist residents and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.

o Address resident inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.

o Maintain a deep knowledge of the condominium's amenities and services to provide accurate information to residents and guests.

3. Security and Access Control:

o Monitor access to the building, ensuring the safety and security of residents and their property.

o Implement security protocols and procedures to maintain a secure environment.

o Manage key distribution and access control systems.

4. Concierge Desk Operations:

o Maintain an organized and efficient concierge desk.

o Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages and direct them to the appropriate parties.

o Manage reservations for amenities such as the guest suites, and event spaces.

5. Vendor Management:

o Coordinate with vendors for services such as package delivery, maintenance, and repairs.

o Ensure vendors adhere to condominium policies and standards.

6. Event Planning:

o Assist in planning and executing community events and activities for residents.

o Promote a sense of community and engagement among residents.

7. Documentation and Reporting:

o Maintain accurate records of resident requests, incidents, and security issues.

o Generate regular reports for property management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in a concierge or customer service role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of security and access control procedures.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and office software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
