Responsibilities : As a Operations Data Entry Associate , in this crucial role you will provide mostly remote administrative support to a team of Registered Nurses and Licensed Social Workers including : Data entry into the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) Submitting authorizations to health plans Timely mailing of letters and care plans to members or guardians Documenting in an electronic medical record Ensuring compliance with all health plan requirements Qualifications : Education / Certification / Experience Associate’s degree or higher in a related field preferred but not required Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Knowledge of health insurance and understanding of patient care Intermediate-level computer proficiency with email, fax, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

Experience using Google Suite preferred. Ability to communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, providers, and patients Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to work independently to meet department goals Ability to adapt to change Creative problem solving skills Detail oriented and thorough Demonstrated compatibility with Bluestone’s mission and operating philosophies.
