Position Name: Medical Social Worker

Shift Timing: 8 Hours, Day/Evenings Shift

Job Requirements:

We are comprised of a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital, 24-hour Emergency Department, Seven Sisters Living Center (LTC), in-house Rural Health Clinic plus ancillary services.
