Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying needs, and developing strategies to enhance overall business performance.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to understand business needs and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making processes.
- Utilize tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Excel to analyze data and present findings effectively.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from concept to deployment.
- Create process flow diagrams using Visio and document business processes for optimization.
- Assist in the implementation of new systems or enhancements to existing systems.

Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience with R or other statistical analysis tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server for database querying.
- Ability to vaticinate trends and patterns from complex data sets.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of Business Analysis methodologies and tools.
- Proficient in VBA for automation tasks within Excel.
- Experience working with Tableau for data visualization.
