BluePearl Specialty Emergency Pet Hospital in Brooklyn, NY is looking for a board certified or residency-trained Veterinarian - Dentist to establish a new service and to expand specialty care options to the community in their new 25,000 sq ft facility. Full time practice will include a qualified primary technician and assistant, with additional staffing added as the service grows and expands. As a new service, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to participate in both the selection of the equipment and the setup of the service as a whole.

Our BluePearl Brooklyn hospital provides a wide range of specialty medicine services and serves the areas of Park Slope, Fort Greene, Carroll Gardens and Gowanus. This hospital is one of four BluePearl hospitals in NYC.

Due to multiple years of tremendous growth and an ever-increasing caseload, we're expanding into a new location in Fall 2018. Our new 20,000 square foot facility will offer premium services including on-site advanced imaging capabilities (anticipating a 64-slice CT, high field MRI and dual radiology suites). The first floor will be dedicated as an outpatient treatment space and a private second floor will house inpatient, ICU, surgery, ultrasound, cardiology and procedure suites. We offer a collaborative, high-energy team environment, with a multitude of specialties including 24/7 emergency medicine, cardiology, critical care, dermatology and allergy treatment, internal medicine, neurology/neurosurgery, oncology, radiology, anesthesiology and surgery.

The annual salary range for this position is $161,000 to $226,000. Additionally, you may be eligible to earn certain production as determined in accordance with company policy.
