**Medical Knowledge**
Familiar with common veterinary medi cal terminology, abbreviations, species, breeds, and basic animal body language.
Identifies incoming patients general condition and accurately assesses triage level, while focusing on each clients unique need. Continuing Education & Career
**Development**
Participates in a minimum of four (4) internal or external continuing education credit hours annually. Completes all mandatory trainings assigned through BluePearl University.
