In this position, you are the first BluePearl Associate that the client sees. You will ensure that each client receives the care and attention that they need . You will need to be able to function calmly and compassionately in situations that can be very emotional and difficult for our clients. **As a Client Services Coordinator:** Our passion is pets. Adheres to relevant laws, hospital policy and reporting protocols when completing medical record requests.
**Medical Knowledge**
Familiar with common veterinary medi cal terminology, abbreviations, species, breeds, and basic animal body language.
Identifies incoming patients general condition and accurately assesses triage level, while focusing on each clients unique need. Continuing Education & Career
**Development**
Participates in a minimum of four (4) internal or external continuing education credit hours annually. Completes all mandatory trainings assigned through BluePearl University.
