Requirements

Role:

The iTeller Specialist assists members and potential members virtually with transactional requests, resolving problems, and cross-offering products and services to enhance our electronic service and lending portfolio. iTeller Specialist is expected to provide excellent member service, in accordance with expectations set forth by management and strive to meet or exceed assigned goals.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Provides informed, prompt, accurate service and support to all members and associates by interaction through the iTeller machines, answering phone calls, resolving member problems, and following up with electronic communication channels.
• Carry out assigned duties and responsibilities with minimal errors according to established department standards.
• Actively cross-sell products and services to members to achieve or exceed all established sales goals and assist in meeting BlueOx Credit Union's strategic goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve member and internal inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Credit Union policies and procedures.
