BlueLine Property Management is actively seeking professional, hardworking a motivated team player for Full time maintenance technician position in the Denver Metro Area. Responsible for ensuring the physical aspects of the property meet the company's established standards and any applicable laws. A successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, have patience with a challenging population and is a team-player. Must diagnose problems and make repairs in areas such as electrical, plumbing, exterior and appliance. Will also be on-call.
