Withminimum or limited guidance in a team environment responsible forlearning / assisting / performing maintenance and repair tasks of acomplex scope and nature related to the facility equipment andproduction equipment.

Establish and maintaina preventive maintenance program.

Examines situationsand determines repair remedies.

Dismantles and repairsworn or broken equipment of all kinds including machinetools.

Assembles and installs plant equipment / machinetools.

Performs all equipment and facility generalmaintenance functions such as carpentry electrical plumbingpainting and welding.

Troubleshoot / Repair facilityequipment such as compressors air conditioning heatingetc.

Troubleshoot hydraulics and electrical / electroniccircuitry.

Repair or replace defective parts orequipment utilizing manuals drawings specs and other verbal orwritten instructions

Responsibility in assisting withEnvironmental Health and Safety efforts within thefacility.

Facilitates the repair and maintenance offacility equipment through the use of subcontractors.

Operate arc and acetylene welding equipment.

Assist / movefacility equipment according to plant layouts.

Coordinates and plans the movement of facilityequipment.

Operate a tow motor.

Completetraining program requirements / certifications in timelymanner.

Other responsibilities as required and / ordirected.

Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma orequivalent.

Must demonstrate good interpersonal skillsand be willing to work effectively as a participative teammember.

Must have working knowledge of computers andcomputer software to operate programs create reports andspreadsheets.

Must possess good manual dexterityreliable judgment and possess a willingness to learn.

Required to lift up to 50lbs.

A minimum of 12 years ofmaintenance related experience.
