Job Summary:
As a Car Wash Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and developing strategies to increase revenue and profitability for the car wash business. You will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships, implementing effective sales techniques, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities:

• Operational Efficiency: Work closely with General Manager to streamline processes, improve service quality, and enhance the customer experience. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards. Uphold ethical business practices and promote a positive work environment within the sales team.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the automotive or service industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
