Job Summary:
As a Car Wash Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and developing strategies to increase revenue and profitability for the car wash business. You will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships, implementing effective sales techniques, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This position requires a combination of sales expertise, leadership skills, and industry knowledge to drive growth and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations to maximize team effectiveness.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Proactively address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Operational Efficiency: Work closely with General Manager to streamline processes, improve service quality, and enhance the customer experience. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards. Uphold ethical business practices and promote a positive work environment within the sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the automotive or service industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
