The Front Desk Manager ensures that every guest receives exceptional service by supporting operations, collaborating with team members, and interfacing with our guests in person, over the phone, and online. Successful candidates are outgoing, highly organized, detail oriented with extensive customer service experience.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a combination of:
Must be able to work a combination of weekday and weekend evening shifts, with occasional morning shifts
