BLUE VALLEY CABINETS INC is Hiring a Customer Relations Specialist Near Knightdale, NC

Customer Relations Specialist
Blue Valley Cabinets is a wholesale cabinet company that provides high quality cabinets and service to a rapidly growing customer base. We are seeking to add a dedicated Customer Relations Manager to our team to solidify and grow our product and company reputation in the marketplace. Candidates should be highly skilled communicators and will be responsible for promoting our brand and cultivating lasting relationships with our customers.
Customer Relations and Administrative Duties
  • Oversees the relationships with customers handled by our customer service team.
  • Contacts our current customer base to follow up on customer service.
  • Communication will be in person, showroom visit, on job site, over the phone, and via email.
  • Should be able to offer solutions to customer concerns.
  • Provide a positive post sale experience to our customers.
  • Learn the competition and their marketing strategies.
  • Expand our customer base by gaining leads.

The ideal candidate should have the following skills:
  • Communication: Excellent professional speaking, listening and writing skill.
  • Collaboration: Highly effective in building customer and team relationships.
  • Presentation: Present our product lines, company values, and mission statement.
  • Problem-solving: Solve customer issues with our organization’s products and services.
  • Negotiation: Persuade current and new customers to purchase our products and services.
  • Time Management: Provide prompt responses to customer queries & concerns and handle issues quickly and effectively.
  • Computer skills: Including but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Google Docs, email, NetSuite CRM
  • Product and service knowledge through on-site training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
