Blue Sky is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Political Military Analyst to provide strategic all-source analysis products and assessments across multiple disciplines, including regional stability, foreign military and security forces, insurgent organizations, counterterrorism, and counterintelligence, to create high-value actionable intelligence and warning products that meet Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203 and Intelligence Community (CJ) standards. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This role shall provide types of support to our customers:

• Conduct all-source analytic production on foreign military, political, and security-related issues including, but not limited to, regional military capabilities, strategy, doctrine, operations, leadership intentions and decision making, military leadership, defense relations with the US and other countries.
• Monitor existing events, regional political and military leadership, security and military forces capabilities and intentions, and order of battle. Produce strategic assessments and intelligence products to meet requirements as designated by the government.
• Provide strategic-level products on foreign military, security, and related political issues.
• Assist and train JIOC-TRANS users on dashboard functions and operations.
• Collaborate with TRANS COM Chief of Staff Knowledge Management office (TCCSKM) to ensure dashboards and SharePoint sites are interoperable with TRANSCOM KM platforms where required.
• Coordinate and/or collaborate with TCJ6, TCCS-KM, DISA, and/or Intelink Central for troubleshooting dashboard and SharePoint errors, and user access issues.
• Monitor dashboard and SharePoint site usage. Make recommendations to TCJ2 l-S KM Team Lead to retire unused dashboards and sites. Upon approval, retire unused dashboards and sites.
• Report operational status of dashboards and SharePoint sites to TCJ21-S Branch Chief at least twice monthly for activity reports/briefs.
• Document locations and maintenance procedures for dashboards and SharePoint site.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in all-source analysis, with at least 3 years in political/military analysis.
• Knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203 and Intelligence Community (CJ) standards.
• Experience with dashboard creation, functions, and operations.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in political science, international relations, security studies, or a related field.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America. Sponsorship will not be a part of this contract
• Must successfully complete a Blue Sky and customer background screening
