**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Perform general ledger accounting tasks such as account reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate records
- Be able to learn and use accounting software for specific business
- Assist with general ledger reconciliation, debits, credits, and financial reporting
- Coordinate with external vendors, clients, and visitors as needed
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in office management or related administrative roles
- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Quicken or other accounting software
- Experience with account reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
