Job Description:

Blue Roofing is seeking proactive and versatile individuals to join our team as Outreach Specialists, specializing in multichannel outreach. As an Outreach Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with homeowners and key industry stakeholders through a variety of channels, including cold calling, cold emailing, social media engagement, in-person visits to property management companies and real estate agent firms, and building relationships with new neighborhood developments. Key Responsibilities:

• Multichannel Outreach: Utilize a variety of outreach methods, including cold calling, cold emailing, social media (such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram), LinkedIn networking, and in-person visits, to connect with homeowners and key industry stakeholders.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through multichannel outreach efforts. Engage with homeowners, property management companies, real estate agents, and new neighborhood developments to offer Blue Roofing's services and schedule appointments for free roof inspections.
• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with property management companies, real estate agent firms, and developers of new neighborhood developments. Cultivate trust and rapport through regular communication and proactive outreach efforts.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for free roof inspections with qualified leads generated through multichannel outreach efforts. Coordinate with our roofing inspection team to ensure seamless scheduling and follow-up.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities, leads, and appointments in our CRM system. Ensure that information is updated and organized for efficient follow-up and tracking.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align outreach efforts with company objectives and messaging. Provide feedback on lead quality and market insights to optimize outreach strategies.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to homeowners, property management companies, real estate agents, and developers. Address inquiries, concerns, and objections in a courteous and knowledgeable manner to build and strengthen relationships.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt communication style to various channels and audiences.
• Proven experience in multichannel outreach, including cold calling, cold emailing, social media engagement, and in-person networking.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including homeowners, property management companies, real estate agents, and developers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing leads, appointments, and relationships.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and persistence in overcoming challenges and achieving results.

Pay: $40,513.87 - $100,000.00 per year
