Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Full-time Porter to play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our community. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a go-getter attitude, and a commitment to creating a safe and pleasant living environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain recreational and common areas, ensuring they are clean and well-kept
• Assist with cleanouts and waste removal in a timely and efficient manner
• Manage a clean and safe work area, adhering to safety standards
• Demonstrate a proactive and go-getter attitude in all tasks
• Communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, and supervisors
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features regularly
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure excellent curb appeal
• Contribute to keeping the community operating smoothly

Requirements:

• Great organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
• Experience in maintenance or a related field is a plus
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures
